WOW, naturally processed Kenya. This is your one-of-a-kind opportunity to taste something completely different. This coffee is naturally processed and it is very unusual to find such processed coffee in Kenya. Right after harvesting, the cherries are handpicked. Only the best cherries are used to produce this unique natural processed coffee. The cherries are then dried between 21 and 35 days.
The natural fermentation brings out lactic flavours which give some of the fruit a tropical smoothie character like banana and coconut. This coffee is fruit-forward with super winey and lots of mature fruit. So please sit back, brew our delicious coffee and enjoy the beautiful Christmas holidays with us.
