COOKBOOK MY COOKING DIARY 3 - FOR PARENTS AND CHILDREN

PART THREE of the My Cooking Diary cookbook contains 120 recipes for children from one year of age. For a lot of them, I tried to create more variations so that the inspiration was as big as possible. In total, you will find more than 170 recipes in the book. Foods are presented in the book in a safe form not only for the BLW method.

When I started cooking real food for my little girl, I missed having a recipe book at hand, where there would be a photo of the food as I can serve it for the given age. For the most part, I went with the BLW (Baby Led Weaning) method and had to find a suitable presentation every time. In the cookbook, you will therefore find recipes that, including the presentation, are suitable for children from one year of age, and not only for the BLW method. Radka Maťašovská, who writes the BLW blog Step by Step, ensured the safe presentation of meals in the book.

It is divided into five main chapters - Basic recipes and procedures, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks, and takeaway snacks, in which you will find a total of 120 recipes. For a lot of them, I tried to create more variations so that the inspiration was as big as possible. In total, you will find more than 170 recipes in the book and, as a bonus, inspiration for travel boxes. At the beginning of the book, you will also find the chapter "Fermentation" - prepared for you by Michaela Luňáčková from the blog Yummy Paleo and "Baking" prepared by Juliana Fischerová from the blog Mashtrnica. I will also touch on the basics of germination in the chapter.

In the introduction to the book, you will also find a seasonal calendar and a lot of my texts (our beginnings with the introduction of food, my approach to education around food, what my supplies look like, how I try to organize and save time in the kitchen), including an interview with Margit Slimáková, who for the book provided expert editing.
