This exceptional coffee comes from the highland region of Buku Sayisa in Guja, Ethiopia, where more than 430 small farmers grow their crops at an altitude of 2,000-2,350 m above sea level Ripe cherries are hand-picked and carefully processed through anaerobic fermentation for 168 hours, which gives the coffee its characteristic profile.

Each sip brings flavors that evoke Christmas cookies and the festive atmosphere. Classic Ethiopian floral notes are harmoniously combined here with the taste of candied fruit, a hint of orange candies and a soft banana note. The finish is long, balanced and evokes the aroma of gingerbread and Christmas spices.
