Instructions:
- Open any inhaler stick and hold it 1–2 cm under your nose.
- Breathe gently for 1-2 minutes, slowly and consciously.
- Don't focus on a specific scent, but on whatever feeling or sensation it brings to you.
- Repeat the process with the remaining two sticks - their order does not matter.
- Use the stick you feel the most for the longest time.
